Mindset Coach and popular TikTok personality, Songo Dakuza, shares his life’s story and offer tips on how to truly dive into your purpose with Capitec.
‘Make your magic’, says life coach, Songo Dukuza, and coming from him and his life experience, he makes a very good case. Once he began offering tips on his TikTok channel, his popularity on social media went through the roof and his message found a national audience.
The coach joins us this week to share his story of an existence between the Eastern Cape and JHB, that was anything but easy. After the sad passing of his mom in his teen years, Songo struggled to find a way through a cloud of grief and felt unsure of his future. Through these trials, he found a meaningful purpose – a mission to help others feeling the way he did
We begin by meeting the coach and influencer at his aunt’s home in Jozi where he tells us where this personal and professional journey began. We meet his business partner, Gift Chiloane, and join them for a client coaching session as they take us through simple techniques anyone can use to improve their mindset and life.

After the session, Songo puts his money where his mouth is and takes a leap of faith, together with his business partner Gift Chiloane, to bungee The King’s Kloof bridge in Mogale City. For all his wisdom, Songo knows that to many people you are what you do, so, when it comes to taking the leap, you’ll usually find him at the front of the queue.
