Massimo’s Restaurant 10% Discount or Free Frozen Pizza Offer Terms and Conditions

Offer

1. For the period 13 October 2020 until 30 November 2020, use your Capitec card to pay your bill when dining, or when buying takeaways, at Massimo’s Restaurant at Oakhurst Farm, Main Road, Hout Bay (“Massimo’s”) to receive:

1.1. a 10% discount on your entire bill; or

1.2. if your bill is R200 or more, you can select to take home a Free Frozen Pizza (instead of the 10% discount), limited to one Frozen Pizza per person per day, subject to the terms and conditions as set out herein (“the offer”).

2. The offer is provided by Massimo’s in association with Capitec Bank Limited (“Capitec”) and The Insider SA television programme, which is produced by Cardova Trading (Pty) Ltd (“Cardova”).

How the offer works

3. The offer is only available for purchases made with a Capitec card.

4. To redeem the offer, pay your bill with your Capitec card at Massimo’s (when dining and or when buying takeaways at Massimo’s).

Offer period

5. The offer will only be applicable to purchases made (i.e. order placed and paid) between 20h30 on 13 October 2020 and 30 November 2020 at 23:59pm (“Offer Period”)

Offer Terms and Conditions

6. The offer will only apply to purchases made in manner described in paragraph 4 above during the Offer Period.

7. The offer specifically excludes any purchases made for delivery via Mr Delivery.

8. The offer is valid only on full priced items.

9. The offer is subject to stock availability at the time the purchase is made.

10. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

11. Purchases shall further be subject to standard terms and conditions for such purchases as promulgated by Massimo’s from time to time.

12. Massimo’s, Capitec and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, advertising agencies and suppliers will not be liable for the failure of any technical element relating to the offer that may result in any purchase not being successful.

13. The offer is not negotiable.

14. Massimo’s reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend or cancel the offer, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Massimo’s deems necessary. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, you agree to waive any rights, interests and expectations that you may have in terms of this offer and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against Massimo’s, Capitec and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, agencies or suppliers.

15. Any queries regarding your purchase/s must be escalated to Massimo’s via email on info@massimos.co.za and not to Capitec or Cardova.

16. Capitec and/or Cardova disclaims all liability which may arise as a result of your use of the offer and or any of the products purchased from Massimo’s.

17. By making use of the offer you agree to be bound to the terms and conditions of use of the offer as detailed herein.
