Once she felt that she was producing music close enough to her heart, she approached Nhlanhla and Dr. Frank to collaborate.
Before influencing was a thing, Nhlanhla’s fashion set trends across the country and it was the traditional items from her design label, NN Vintage, that the artists wore in the song’s music video.
“An NN Vintage lady for me would be a lady that is very elegant, very classy but most importantly, Africa has to come through when you look at the garment,” explains Nhlanhla.
Similarly in the music video, these lovely ladies wanted something that would be representative of South Africa, that is why they decided to pair tutu skirts with Tsonga t-shirts.
