CONTENT CREATOR AND HOME RENOVATOR JESSICA VAN HEERDEN DISCOVERS THE KEY TO STARTING ANY MAKE-OVER

Content creator Jessica Van Heerden looks into how to finance your home renovation with the help of Capitec’s partnership with CTM.

Well established as an influencer, lifestyle blogger and vlogger, Jessica van Heerden,  stands out from the competition by daring to be different.

She recently moved into a new home with her partner, Brendon and distinguished herself as a DIY home renovator, ready to dish advice on design and décor from first- hand experience, as they proudly transform the space into a chic home with a French-Country feel.

Followers of Jessica’s YouTube channel have seen snippets of the renovation process but The Insider SA took it a step further by getting an up close and personal view of their progress.

The homeowner has been around the block with renovations and has learned a couple of tricks along the way – all of which she’s eager to share with her audience.

One of them being the new collaboration between SA tiling and home improvement retailer, CTM and Capitec

“CTM is now a partner of Capitec, so if you don’t have it within your budget to take on a beautiful [home] project like this, just visit the CTM site and click on the option for Capitec finance,” shares Jessica.

Joggie Hamman, Manager of Purpose Lending at Capitec, explains more, “Clients can expect bespoke finance solutions. That’s what we are all about. We offer clients the option to finance their purchases at CTM, and the costs associated with installing their purchases and improving their homes.”

He adds, “We offer clients a lot of flexibility in terms of what they can use financing for, and in the same sense, we offer them financing at a reduced rate.”

In true Capitec style, it’s a simple 4-Step process. Those undertaking a home improvement project have the option of completing the application and process digitally via the CTM website or can consult one of the consultants in-store.

As a lifestyle influencer, Jessica knows the difference between what looks beautiful and what adds real value. She’s achieved both with the new feature wall, achieved with her beautiful choice of Mount Harvard Autumn 5 Block Cement Cladding.
