Serves Two


240g Fry’s plant-based meatballs

1/2 A small onion diced

2 Cloves of garlic finely minced

400ml Tomato-based pasta sauce


Basil for garnishing


1. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil.

2. While that boils, fry the onion and garlic in a little oil until translucent and fragrant.

3. Add the meatballs and cook until they get some colour, stirring occasionally.

4. Once the water is bubbling, add the pasta and cook as per packet instructions.

5. Add the pasta sauce to the pan with the meatballs and cook until its heated up and the meatballs are coated.

6. Plate up the pasta and meatballs and garnish with fresh basil.
