This Balinese styled Zimbali home with spectacular views has a contemporary twist. The house has a very welcoming entrance area that leads into the entertainment space that proudly features a Baby Grand Piano – it’s without doubt the most beautiful functional sculpture available.
The home is grounded by vertical fins and featured patterns it creates, dark columns, a lot of wood detail and striking chandeliers. A wooden clad bridge is one of the many interesting features that links the pause areas, rooms and reception area.
Another is the stunning man cave with a bar designed by Michael Anderson using natural stone, soft lighting and a keen sense of scale to transform a very long and narrow room into something extraordinary.
“As interior designers we love to use linear repetition, which you’ll find in so many places in this home. From the beautiful dark fins, beautiful love seat and standing buoy light to the fabulous curved bookshelf behind it,” comments Schanè.
