The mentorship covers all the aspects of a fully functional restaurant, from front of house, to scullery, to bar, to floor service and of course the kitchen. In each section, staff from the group are overseeing their trainees as they learn the ropes, not by watching but by doing.
The restaurant is open Wednesday to Saturdays from 6pm with last orders at 9.00pm. Walk-ins are welcome but you can book online: hello@lukedaleroberts.com
