Offer

1. For the month of September, use your Capitec card to receive 20% discount on any thegardener.co.za subscriptions for print or online magazines (“the offer”), subject to the terms and conditions as set out herein.

2. The offer is provided by Tanya Visser and thegardener.co.za in association with Capitec Bank Limited (“Capitec”) and The Insider SA television programme, which is produced by Cardova Trading (Pty) Ltd (“Cardova”).

How the offer works

3. The offer is only available for natural persons who are Capitec account holders and reside in the Republic of South Africa.

4. To redeem the offer: –

4.1 Log on to thegardener.co.za and subscribe to one of their magazines using your Capitec card and use the unique code: theinsidersa. Your card will automatically be activated for online shopping, but your default limit is set at R0. You won’t be able to do online shopping with a R0 limit, so you have to increase your limit before you get started by using the Capitec banking app or visiting a Capitec branch.

5. The offer will only be applicable to subscriptions made between Tuesday, 8 September 2020 and Wednesday, 30 September 2020 at 23:59pm (“Offer Period”)

6. The offer is strictly limited to one use per customer throughout the duration of Offer Period. For the avoidance of any doubt, the discount may apply to multiple subscriptions, provided all the subscriptions are included on one and the same purchase.

7. The offer will only apply to purchases made in manner described in paragraph 4 above during the Offer Period.

8. The offer is valid only on full priced subscriptions.

9. The offer is subject to availability at the time the purchase is made.

10. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

11. Subscriptions and deliveries shall further be subject to standard terms and conditions for such purchases as promulgated by thegardener.co.za

12. Tanya Visser, thegardener.co.za, Capitec and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives advertising agencies and suppliers will not be liable for the failure of any technical element relating to the offer that may result in any purchase not being successful.

14. The offer is not transferable or negotiable.

15. thegardener.co.za reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend or cancel the offer, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which thegardener.co.za deems necessary. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, you agree to waive any rights, interests and expectations that you may have in terms of this offer and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against thegardener.co.za, Tanya Visser, Capitec and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, agencies or suppliers.
