1. For the period 3 November 2020 until 31 October 2021, use the promo code TheInsiderSA when making a booking for accommodation at Teremok Lodge, 49 Marine Drive, Umhlanga Rocks, 4320, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa (“Teremok Lodge”) to receive a 40% discount on rates for accommodation as advertised by Teremok Lodge at the time the booking is confirmed, subject to the terms and conditions as set out herein (“the offer”).

2. The offer is provided by Teremok Lodge in association The Insider SA television programme, which is produced by Cardova Trading (Pty) Ltd (“Cardova”).

3. The offer is only available for bookings made via email to hello@teremok.co.za and by including the promo code TheInsiderSA when making the booking.

4. The offer is only be applicable to bookings for accommodation which are confirmed, paid and taken up between 3 November 2020 and 31 October 2021, both dates included (“Offer Period”).

5. The offer is valid only on full priced accommodation and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

6. All bookings are subject to availability.

7. All bookings shall further be subject to standard terms and conditions for accommodation as promulgated by Teremok Lodge from time to time.

8. Teremok Lodge and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, advertising agencies and suppliers will not be liable for the failure of any technical element relating to the offer that may result in any booking not being successful.

9. The offer is not negotiable.

10. Teremok Lodge reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend or cancel the offer, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Teremok Lodge deems necessary. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, you agree to waive any rights, interests and expectations that you may have in terms of this offer and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against Teremok Lodge and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, agencies or suppliers.

11. Any queries regarding your booking/s must be escalated to Teremok Lodge via email on hello@teremok.co.za and not to Cardova.

12. Cardova disclaims all liability which may arise as a result of your use of, or attempt to use, the offer and or any services or products acquired or otherwise received from Teremok Lodge.
