Offer

1. For the month of 12-30 April 2021, The Insider SA viewers receive 15% discount on any website purchases on www.souldesign.co.za and if you are also a Capitec client you then receive 20% discount (“the offer”), subject to the terms and conditions as set out herein.

2. The offer is provided by SOUL Design Studio and www.souldesign.co.za in association with Capitec Bank Limited (“Capitec”) and The Insider SA television programme, which is produced by Cardova Trading (Pty) Ltd (“Cardova”).

How the offer works

3. The offer is only available for natural persons who reside in the Republic of South Africa.

4. To redeem the offer: –

4.1 Visit SOUL’s Kalk Bay studio or log on to www.souldesign.co.za and select the items you would like to purchase. At checkout pay using your bank card or Capitec card and use/quote the unique code: #CapitecLiveBetter.

In the instance of you being a Capitec client and purchasing online, your card will automatically be activated for online shopping, but your default limit is set at R0. You won’t be able to do online shopping with a R0 limit, so you have to increase your limit before you get started by using the Capitec banking app or visiting a Capitec branch.

5. The offer will only be applicable for purchases between Monday, 12 April 2021 and Friday, 30 April 2021 at 23:59pm (“Offer Period”)

6. The offer will only apply to purchases made in manner described in paragraph 4 above during the Offer Period.

7. The offer is valid only on full price items.

8. The offer is subject to availability at the time the purchase is made.

9. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

10. Deliveries shall further be subject to standard terms and conditions for such purchases as promulgated by www.souldesign.co.za

11. SOUL Design Studio, www.souldesign.co.za, Capitec and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives advertising agencies and suppliers will not be liable for the failure of any technical element relating to the offer that may result in any purchase not being successful.

12. The offer is not transferable or negotiable.

13. www.souldesign.co.za reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend or cancel the offer, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which www.souldesign.co.za deems necessary. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, you agree to waive any rights, interests and expectations that you may have in terms of this offer and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against www.souldesign.co.za, SOUL Design Studio, Capitec and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, agencies or suppliers.
