Michelle Ludek Discount Offer Terms and Conditions

1. For the month of September, use your Capitec card to receive 10% discount on any Michelle Ludek ready-to-wear garments (“the offer”), subject to the terms and conditions as set out herein.

2. The offer is provided by Michelle Ludek in association with Capitec Bank Limited (“Capitec”) and The Insider SA television programme, which is produced by Cardova Trading (Pty) Ltd (“Cardova”).

How the offer works

3. The offer is only available for natural persons who are Capitec account holders and reside in the Republic of South Africa.

4. To redeem the offer: –

4.1 Visit the Michelle Ludek store at either the The Watershed, at The V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, or The Zone, in Rosebank, Johannesburg, and make a purchase with your Capitec card; or

4.2 Log on to https://michelleludek.co.za and make an online purchase using your Capitec card and use the unique code: theinsidersa. Your card will automatically be activated for online shopping, but your default limit is set at R0. You won’t be able to do online shopping with a R0 limit, so you have to increase your limit before you get started by using the Capitec banking app or visiting a Capitec branch.

5. The offer will only be applicable to purchases made between Tuesday, 1 September 2020 and Wednesday, 30 September 2020 at 23:59pm (“Offer Period”)

6. The offer is strictly limited to one use per customer throughout the duration of Offer Period. For the avoidance of any doubt, the discount may apply to multiple items, provided all the items are included on one and the same purchase.

7. The offer will only apply to purchases made in manner described in paragraph 4 above during the Offer Period.

8. The offer is valid only on full priced merchandise.

9. The offer is subject to stock availability at the time the purchase is made.

10. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

11. Purchases and deliveries shall further be subject to standard terms and conditions for such purchases as promulgated by https://michelleludek.co.za.

12. Store trading hours for the month of September will be as follows:

12. 1 Rosebank, open from 2 September 2020 and trading Wednesday to Sunday 09h00 to 17h00, unless otherwise determined by Michelle Ludek.

12. 2 The Watershed, open from 3 September 2020 and trading Thursday to Sunday 10h00 to 17h00, unless otherwise determined by Michelle Ludek.

13. Michelle Ludek, Capitec and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives advertising agencies and suppliers will not be liable for the failure of any technical element relating to the offer that may result in any purchase not being successful.

14. The offer is not transferable or negotiable.

15. Michelle Ludek reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend or cancel the offer, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Michelle Ludek deems necessary. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, you agree to waive any rights, interests and expectations that you may have in terms of this offer and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against Michelle Ludek, Capitec and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, agencies or suppliers.
