DJ TIRA JOINS #BETTERNEVERRESTS SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN TO SURPRISE LUCKY WINNERS – PART 1

The #BetterNeverRests campaign sees 6 Capitec clients win to change their lives for the better. We meet 3 of the lucky winners this week in Part 1.

This has been the season for giving or – as DJ Tira sees it – earning the rewards for pursuing your dreams. That’s why he joined Capitec’s latest campaign, asking clients to share their aspirations then randomly selecting winners to help achieve their goals.

As part of the #BetterNeveRests activation, Capitec ran a surprise social media campaign asking clients what would change their life for the better.  Answers flooded in with many clients sharing a little about their personal journey and dreams of how they could improve their lives.

6 winning answers were randomly selected from the hundreds of online entries from Capitec clients and exemplified the aim of the bank to drive change, improve the lives of their communities and make a real difference to someone’s life. The clients were asked to visit the Capitec branch in Century City Canal Walk Mall in Cape Town with no idea they had won.

Brand ambassador, DJ Tira joined the Capitec team in the branch, masquerading as a staff customer service consultant to surprise winners with the news they had won. In part 1, we meet 3 of the winners and find out more about their lives, what they wished for and see their reaction to winning.
