Offer

1. For the period from 15 December 2020 until 31 December 2020, use your Capitec card to pay your bill at Charly’s Bakery to get 10% off your purchases, subject to the terms and conditions as set out herein.

2. The offer is provided by Charly’s Bakery in association with Capitec Bank and The Insider SA television programme, which is produced by Cardova Trading (Pty) Ltd (“Cardova”).

How the offer works

3. The offer is only available for purchases made with a Capitec card between 15 December 2020 and 31 DecemBer 2020 at 23:59pm.

4. To redeem the offer, pay your bill with your Capitec card at Charly’s Bakery.

5. The offer is only available for natural persons who reside in the Republic of South Africa.

6. The offer is valid only on full priced products.

7. The offer is subject to stock availability at the time the purchase is made.

8. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

9. Purchases and deliveries shall further be subject to standard terms and conditions for such purchases as promulgated by Charly’s Bakery.

10. The discount shall not apply to transport costs.

11. Charly’s Bakery and/or Capitec and Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives advertising agencies and suppliers will not be liable for the failure of any technical element relating to the offer that may result in any purchase not being successful.

12. The offer is not negotiable.

13. Charly’s Bakery reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend or cancel the offer, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Charly’s Bakery deems necessary. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, you agree to waive any rights, interests and expectations that you may have in terms of this offer and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against Charyly’s Bakery and or Capitec and Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, agencies or suppliers.
