1. For the period from 15 December 2020 until 28 February 2021, get 20% off your standard room rate and pay only R1 950 per person per night sharing (breakfast and dinner included) when making a booking for accommodation at Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse, Highmoor Road, Kamberg Valley, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa (“Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse”), subject to the terms and conditions as set out herein (“the offer”).

2. The offer is provided by Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse in association The Insider SA television programme, which is produced by Cardova Trading (Pty) Ltd (“Cardova”).

3. The offer is available for South African who make a booking via the website www.cleopatramountain.com or email.

4. The offer is only be applicable to bookings for accommodation which are confirmed, paid and taken up between 15 December 2020 and 28 February 2021, both dates included (“Offer Period”).

5. The offer is valid only on full priced accommodation and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

6. All bookings are subject to availability.

7. All bookings shall further be subject to standard terms and conditions for accommodation as promulgated by Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse from time to time.

8. Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, advertising agencies and suppliers will not be liable for the failure of any technical element relating to the offer that may result in any booking not being successful.

9. The offer is not negotiable.

10. Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse reserves the right to vary, postpone, suspend or cancel the offer, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse deems necessary. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, you agree to waive any rights, interests and expectations that you may have in terms of this offer and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse and/or Cardova, their affiliates, directors, employees, representatives, agencies or suppliers.

12. Cardova disclaims all liability which may arise as a result of your use of, or attempt to use, the offer and or any services or products acquired or otherwise received from Cleopatra Mountain Farmhouse.
